At Darkside Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in original condition. Please note that opened media such as vinyl and CDs are only eligible for exchange if a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records are properly padded to prevent warping or corner dings during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our main warehouse location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
